Important Clarifications
📌 Client Responsibility:

It is the client’s responsibility to provide the final manuscript in a digital format (preferably Microsoft Word or Google Docs) before the editing process begins.

Any delays in submitting materials may affect the agreed timeline for completion.
📌 Scope of Editing:

The scope of editing services will be determined during consultation and based on the selected package (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium).

Our editors will not rewrite manuscripts or add content unless explicitly agreed upon (e.g., developmental editing in the "Enhance" package).
📌 Revisions:

Revisions are included as per the package selected (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, and 3 for Premium).

Additional revisions beyond those included will be charged separately at a rate of $50/hour.
📌 Style Guides:

All editing services adhere to industry standards such as the Chicago Manual of Style (most fiction/non-fiction), APA (academic/technical works), or MLA (literature/humanities-focused works). Clients must specify the preferred style guide if needed.
📌 Refunds and Cancellations:

Refunds are not available once editing work has begun, as resources and time are immediately allocated to the project.

Clients may cancel the project prior to commencement for a full refund.
📌 Limitations for Future Modifications:

AI voices may not perfectly match human narrators if additional sections or modifications are required in the future.

Consistency may require the same tools and settings for updates.
📌 Post-Editing Support:

We offer support after the editing process for addressing minor adjustments or clarifications for up to 30 days post-project completion (specific to the package chosen).
